Her practice focuses on the intersection of environmental sustainability and creative production, advocating for a carbon-neutral future in the cultural, educational and audiovisual industries. She actively contributes to knowledge exchange through international platforms and working groups such as ECCA (Entertainment and Culture for Climate Action) under the United Nations, and is at the grassroots of newly formed unions of sustainability professionals. With a background in animation and film, Valentína also explores how creative communication and education can drive positive social change. Through socially engaged art, she facilitates dialogue, collaboration, and community engagement, using the power of storytelling to inspire action and reflection.
