{"id":13600,"date":"2024-07-11T12:39:36","date_gmt":"2024-07-11T10:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/?post_type=news&#038;p=13600"},"modified":"2024-07-11T12:39:36","modified_gmt":"2024-07-11T10:39:36","slug":"apply-for-the-2nd-edition-of-the-atf-x-ttb-animation-lab-pitch","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/news\/apply-for-the-2nd-edition-of-the-atf-x-ttb-animation-lab-pitch\/","title":{"rendered":"Apply for the 2nd Edition of the ATF X TTB ANIMATION LAB &#038; PITCH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<div id=\"paragraph-block_6463661578f62\" class=\"block-paragraph\">\n    <div class=\"field__item\">\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph--type--highlighted-text paragraph--view-mode--default\">\n<div class=\"field field--name-field-text-unformatted field--type-string-long field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<p><strong>After the successful 2023 edition,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>TIES THAT BIND<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>and<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Asia TV Forum &amp; Market (ATF)<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>are joining forces yet again for the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ATF x TTB Animation Lab &amp; Pitch 2024.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>This initiative will bring together producers with projects from Asia and Europe with the potential and desire to explore new financing and co-production opportunities, new markets, and new audiences in both continents.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Animation Lab brings together selected producers with animation projects from Asia and Europe and offers an insight into the animation markets, financing and co-production possibilities in both continents.<\/p>\n<p>Two intensive online prep sessions in autumn followed by an onsite lab and other onsite activities with renowned industry decision-makers in December. The aim of the training is to prepare the participants for the market launch and pitch of their projects, which will take place at the Asia TV Forum &amp; Market (ATF) in Singapore in December.<\/p>\n<p>8\u201410 animation projects will be selected (4\u20145 each from APAC Asia-Pacific countries and Europe). Accepted formats include feature-length animated films, as well as TV formats (series or mini-series) and short films in development or financing stage. Preference will be given to projects with great creative potential, exciting visuals, interest and potential for co-production, and potential for travel across borders and continents. The program is not open to pre-school content. Preference will be given to animated films for youth, families and adults.<\/p>\n<p>The animation lab will take place in three sessions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) 2-days online prep session<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>by experts will take place<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>October 28 \u2013 29, 2024 online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main objectives of the first online module are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get an insight into funding opportunities between Europe and Asia<\/li>\n<li>Receive feedback on your financing plans and strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2) 2-days online prep session<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>by experts will take place<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>November 18 \u2013 19, 2024 online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main objectives of the second online module are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand how to prepare and structure a package for the international market<\/li>\n<li>Refine the preparation and delivery of a quality pitch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3) In-person lab<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>@ATF will take place<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>December 3\u20146, 2024 in Singapore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The main objectives of the on-site presence at the ATF market in Singapore are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in lab sessions by key decision makers<\/li>\n<li>Networking with fellow attendees<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the ATF Open Pitch to showcase projects<\/li>\n<li>Join in the curated matchmaking session with Asian \/ European experts \/ decision-makers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline for application is\u00a0<strong>20<\/strong> <strong>August 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is no submission or participation fee.
