We are sure that the project has moved on and that it might therefore be necessary to get new information from you. A description of your project can be found on<a href=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/forum\/2025-cee-animation-forum\/selected-projects\/\"> our website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please check all parts (title, head visual, logline, synopsis, team, length, target audience, animation technique, budget, funding secured, stage). If you want to make any changes in your project description, please <u>respect the length of each section.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Your project is now published on our website and will remain in this format for pitching. Ensure that your content is polished and includes correct information, as these pages will play a crucial role in presenting your project to our audience.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                    <h3>GET READY FOR YOUR PITCH<img class=\"acc-sign\" src=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/wp-content\/themes\/cee\/img\/filter-arrow.svg\" alt=\"logo\">\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"accordion-description\">\n                <p>Length of pitches:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 minutes for Shorts and Student projects,<\/li>\n<li>7 minutes for Series and Features,<\/li>\n<li>Q&amp;A &#8211; 5 min. reserved for questions from the jury and the floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The presentation will be done without seats, with a microphone and will be conducted in English.<br \/>\nAfter the pitch, your team will sit down for a 10min. meeting with the 3 jury members who will give you immediate feedback on your presentation and the project. In the weeks before the Forum, we will provide you with a list of confirmed guests so that you can schedule meetings in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Technical specifications for your pitch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>presentation: 16:9 ratio, 1920x1080px resolution, PowerPoint or PDF,<\/li>\n<li>videos must be included into the presentation (format: .mp4 file, h.264 codec, 1920x1080px, stereo sound, 16:9 ratio) and not as a separate file,<\/li>\n<li>custom fonts must be included in the PowerPoint presentation &#8211; see the guide over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presentationload.com\/blog\/embed-fonts-in-powerpoint\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It will not be possible to run the presentation from your own computer.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                    <h3>TECHNICAL REHEARSAL<img class=\"acc-sign\" src=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/wp-content\/themes\/cee\/img\/filter-arrow.svg\" alt=\"logo\">\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"accordion-description\">\n                <p>To avoid any technical problems, we will check that your presentation is up and running. However, you will still have an opportunity to try your presentation directly in the pitching hall.<\/p>\n<p>Student short films: 16:00 &#8211; 16:30<br \/>\nShort films: 16:30 &#8211; 17:00<br \/>\nSeries: 17:00 &#8211; 17:30<br \/>\nFeature films: 17:30 &#8211; 18:00<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                    <h3>YOUR ATTENDANCE<img class=\"acc-sign\" src=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/wp-content\/themes\/cee\/img\/filter-arrow.svg\" alt=\"logo\">\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"accordion-description\">\n                <p>CEE Animation Forum is organized only onsite (no online format). The programme will be held on <strong>November 4 and 6. <\/strong>We recommend planning your trip with arrival on November 4 (afternoon) and departure on November 7 (morning).<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n                    <h3>PARTICIPATION FEE<img class=\"acc-sign\" src=\"https:\/\/ceeanimation.eu\/wp-content\/themes\/cee\/img\/filter-arrow.svg\" alt=\"logo\">\n            <\/h3>\n            <div class=\"accordion-description\">\n                <p>Upon selection of the project, fees apply as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>category FEATURE FILMS and SERIES\/ TV SPECIALS fee: 350 EUR per project<\/li>\n<li>category SHORT FILMS fee: 200 EUR per project<\/li>\n<li>category STUDENT SHORT FILMS fee: 80 EUR per project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The fee includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>45 min. online consultation (September),<\/li>\n<li>prescheduled one-to-one feedback meeting with jury members,<\/li>\n<li>2 accreditations for CEE Animation Forum 2025,<\/li>\n<li>possibility to submit other project(s) from your company to the online Market (September),<\/li>\n<li>refreshments onsite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Costs of travel and accommodation are paid by the participants.
