are open to European animated projects in development in 4 categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Feature Films<\/strong> (minimum length of 60 minutes; in concept, in development or in production),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Series and TV Specials<\/strong> (web and TV series of any format and single films, minimum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development except for concept stage),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short Films<\/strong> (maximum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development except for concept stage),<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Short Films<\/strong> (maximum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development except for concept stage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An animated project is a project in which at least 50% of the film under consideration is executed using animation film technology or takes the form of multimedia audio-visual work with emphasis on the graphical aspect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div id=\"large-title-block_642d32d0bd6a4\" class=\"block-large-title\">\n    <h2>Participation Fee<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"paragraph-block_642d32c1bd6a3\" class=\"block-paragraph\">\n    <p><span id=\"page28R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Successful applicants whose proj<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ects are selected have to pay the participation
