Applications submitted after 10 May, 2026 will not be considered. Application is free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"paragraph-block_65e5b651f472f\" class=\"block-paragraph\">\n    <p><strong>What animation projects are we looking for? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submissions are <strong>open for international animated projects<\/strong> in 4 categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Feature Films <\/strong>\u2013 minimum length of 60 minutes; in concept or in development,<\/li>\n<li><strong>TV or Web Series and TV Specials <\/strong>\u2013 TV and web series of any format and single films, minimum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development except for concept stage,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short Films <\/strong>\u2013 maximum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development (except for concept stage) or pre-production,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Short Films <\/strong>\u2013 maximum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development (except for concept stage) or pre-production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All projects presented during the pitch must align with one of the phases outlined in the Guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can submit a project? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only producers (or other project rights-holders) can submit projects on behalf of the project team. Producers must hold the rights to the project including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the right to present the project and any of its parts (including video in any form) to the public,<\/li>\n<li>the right to publish information on the project and any of its parts in any form (e.g. website and social media).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the category Student Short Films, the applicant must have the consent of her\/his school to apply and present the project to the public.<\/p>\n<p>By submitting the project, the producer or the project\u2019s rights-holder grants the contest organizers the right to publish \u2013 within the scope of the CEE Animation Forum \u2013 basic information about the project, its headline picture and\/or its video presentation as well as use all these elements and information for the pitching catalogue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Countries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both members of the project team (director\/scriptwriter and producer) must be citizens of the EU or other eligible countries, listed below: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland,<br \/>\nItaly, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>A detailed list of eligible countries for this Call for Proposals is accessible <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/crea\/guidance\/list-3rd-country-participation_crea_en.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation Fee <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Successful applicants whose projects are selected must pay the participation fee by 15 August, 2026. Upon selection of the project, fees apply as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Category FEATURE FILMS fee: EUR 350 per project<\/li>\n<li>Category SERIES \/ TV SPECIALS fee: EUR 350 per project<\/li>\n<li>Category SHORT FILMS: EUR 200 per project<\/li>\n<li>Category STUDENT SHORT FILMS: EUR 100 per project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The fee includes 2 accreditations to the CEE Animation Forum 2026: online pitch consultancy session before the event, onsite technical support and pitch rehearsal, onsite presentation of selected project in front of the audience, pre-scheduled one-to-one feedback meetings with jury members of your category, access to the programme of the CEE Animation Forum 2026, promotion of your project (PR, webpage, social medias). \u00a0Costs of travel and accommodation are paid by the participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condition of Participation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project teams (director\/scriptwriter and producer) must attend both the online pitch training and the onsite pitching sessions (no online pitch is allowed). The CEE Animation Forum will only accept projects that have duly paid the participation fee and submitted all documents and information requested by the organizers prior to the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Selection <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projects will be assessed by a committee made up of international experts and organizers staff.
