Projects can be submitted to the pitching competition in four categories: Feature Films, Series and TV Specials, Short Films, and Student Short Films.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each year, film professionals from across Europe gather to attend the CEE Animation Forum\u2019s highlight: <\/span><b>the pitching competition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> featuring the most promising European animation projects. Through complementary networking activities such as the <\/span><b>Market <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>one-to-one meetings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the CEE Animation Forum focuses on building lasting collaborations and exploring co-production, financing, and distribution opportunities. It also creates space for producers and studios to connect with experienced partners or emerging talents and exchange best practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Submissions are open to European animated projects in development in four categories<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Feature Films <\/strong>\u2013 minimum length of 60 minutes; in concept or in development,<\/li>\n<li><strong>TV or Web Series and TV Specials <\/strong>\u2013 TV and web series of any format and single films, minimum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development except for concept stage,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Short Films <\/strong>\u2013 maximum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development (except for concept stage) or pre-production,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Short Films <\/strong>\u2013 maximum length of 20 minutes; all stages of development (except for concept stage) or pre-production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The deadline for submissions is May 10, 2026.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe are very pleased to see how the CEE Animation Forum has become a meeting point where filmmakers from different countries come together to build strong partnerships. Every year, our co-production market helps ambitious projects find the right collaborators, financing opportunities and international visibility, creating bridges between animation professionals across Europe.
